Validair (Euro) Acquisition

Validair (Euro) Limited, a quality force in the field of clean air validation, test and certification is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets and business of Diamond Scientific Limited, a company located in Darlington, County Durham, England.

Diamond Scientific has been a well respected company within the industry for over thirty years and this acquisition will further enhance the premier service Validair provide.

Frank Cross, who will continue at the helm of Diamond Scientific as Validair’s divisional director, said, “I am very pleased and excited to be joining forces with Validair, a company whose outlook is very much in tune with ours, and taking the opportunity to improve and add to the services we provide.”
