Care at Home Services Acquisition

Meta Corporate Finance is pleased to announce the acquisition of High Meadow Home Care Limited by Care at Home Services (South East) Limited (Care at Home Services).

Care at Home Services offers realistic options for people to stay at home with a level of support tailored to meet their needs. Their services are offered across a wide spectrum of care, including elderly people, people who are convalescing, and disabled people.

Care at Home Services is one of the leading providers of care to service users funded by East Sussex and Kent County Councils and also has a growing private base. The acquisition of High Meadow Home Care increases their footprint in Kent, expanding on the services already provided by their Tunbridge Wells office.
