Boisdale Announcement
Meta Corporate Finance today announces the completion of the Capital Fund’s investment in Boisdale Plc.
Boisdale is a unique and successful Scottish restaurant, bar, jazz and cigar club combining distinctive food, drink and entertainment with a warm welcoming environment. The company, which has been operated since 1989, has three restaurants in London, and one in Wiltshire.
Meta successfully completed the investment of the Capital Fund in Boisdale, acting on behalf of the company and majority shareholders. The investment will assist the company in its further restaurant roll-out strategy.
