Alad Ltd sale to Hemming Group

Meta Corporate Finance is pleased to announce the sale of Alad Limited to Hemming Group.

Alad, established in 1995, is a leading niche media owner specialising in Highways Construction and Maintenance, and the international venue and stadium building and facility management sectors.

Hemming Group’s publishing business dates back to the late 19th century and includes 30 business to business magazines, web sites and trade directories serving a diverse range of industries. The company also owns and operates numerous trade fairs and conferences.

Alan Levett, the founding Director of Alad, retires, with Neil Levett (Alan’s son and Managing Director of Alad), moving to Hemming Group.
