The management team, led by managing director, Etienne Greeff engaged Meta Mark Ledger Beadell of Meta to advise them on a management buy-out.  Management received private equity backing from August Equity and banking from HSBC with committed funding to pursue a strategy to build a £50m IT security services provider through a series of acquisitions.
