The Meta corporate finance team has developed a reputation for the delivery of high quality M&A and corporate finance advice to shareholders, management teams and corporates in the United Kingdom, with a particular focus on serving clients in London and the south-east of England. Meta specialises in the delivery of company sales, management buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate acquisitions and private equity development capital transactions. The majority of our transactions fall within the £1m to £50m range.

Meta is the exclusive UK representative of the CDI Global M&A network, an affiliation of over fifty professional M&A specialist offices located in major economic centres across the world. We work across the CDI Global network with our partners to deliver cross-border, middle-market corporate finance transactions to meet the distinctive requirements of strategic buyers and sellers, as well as those of financial investors. CDI Global members have completed almost 1500 corporate finance transactions across multiple industry sectors and geographies.
